ANC check
Module: ANC Locking-
Unlocking Sensor Check
The lock-unlock sensor of ANC (Automatic Nozzle Changer) needs to be
checked regularly.
Lock-Unlock Sensor
1. Turn off the servo power of the machine.
2. Turn the sensor on and off while manually moving the cylinder.
3. Check that the sensor works normally.
If no error is found, contact maintenance personnel or Mirae service
personnel.
Nozzle inserting hole check
The nozzle inserting hole of ANC needs to be checked regularly.
Check the nozzle inserting hole of ANC in accordance with the following
procedure.
