SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Incorrect or insecure handling can cause personal injury or malfunction of the
equipment, therefore, be sure to keep the following instructions.
1. For safe operation, read this manual thoroughly. Refer to the maintenance manual for safety
signs. For safety mark, refer to maintenance manual(Maintenance)part.
2. Check the location of Emergency Switch before you start operating the machine. In case of
emergency, be sure to stop equipment immediately.
3. Do not operate the machine with wet hands.
4. Before you open any door or cover, make sure to power off the machine.
5. Do not operate the machine after setting the door safety sensor. Manipulation of safety sensor
performed by anyone other than the authorized personnel may cause malfunction.
6. Before starting the machine, check all safety instructions, especially, in case of operation of
multiple operators. check the other operator’s security first and start operation.
7. Be cautious to keep electrical parts (e.g., VME Rack, Power Box, Amp, PC, and Boards) away
from water or oil.
8. Be sure to power off the machine before disassembling all connector.
9. Be sure to power off the machine before dissembling any connector.
10. Do not operate the machine in the state of excessive high temperature, dust, noise, or air
pressure.
