Remove the used reel.
Use scissors or cutter.
Contact CS team or
sales team for auto
cutter.
If you apply excessive force to pull out
the reel, a picking error may occur due
to deformed reel hole and moved
picking position.

Remove the used
vinyl.
1)Replace the vinyl off wheel to
minimize dead time.
2)Use the ring designed to facilitate
vinyl off action.
3)To prevent loose hinge grasp the
internal wheel and back plate while
removing vinyl.

Checking the
remainder.
Enter remainder of feeder on the main
window intelligent menu to use the alert
function. If the entered data is correct,
the feeder displays AA (Alarm) instead
of slot number. In this case, replace the
feeder, or connect the reel as described
below.
