SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Incorrect or insecure handling can cause personal injury or malfunction of the
equipment, therefore, be sure to keep the following instructions.
1. For safe operation, read this manual thoroughly. Refer to the maintenance manual for
safety signs. For safety mark, refer to maintenance manual (Maintenance) part.
2. Check the location of Emergency Switch before you start operating the machine. In case
of emergency, be sure to stop equipment immediately.
3. Do not operate the machine with wet hands.
4. Before you open any door or cover, make sure to power off the machine.
5. Do not operate the machine after setting the door safety sensor. Manipulation of safety
sensor performed by anyone other than the authorized personnel may cause malfunction.
6. Before starting the machine, check all safety instructions, especially, in case of operation
of multiple operators, check the other operator’s security first and start operation.
7. Be cautious to keep electrical parts (e.g., VME Rack, Power Box, Amp, PC, and Boards)
away from water or oil.
8. Be sure to power off the machine before disassembling all connector.
9. Be sure to power off the machine before dissembling any connector.
10. Do not operate the machine in the state of excessive high temperature, dust, noise, or air
pressure.
11. Do not operate the machine in the location with combustible gas, pollution or dust.
12. Never insert hand, head or other part of the body into the machine while it is running.
13. Do not use the PC for other purposes than operation of the machine.
The machine may be infected with computer virus.
14. Do not permit persons who did not receive operating education to operate the machine.
15. Only the qualified personnel who received maintenance education from MIRAE must
perform maintenance to the machine.
16. Contact the service center of Mirae Corp. for any job not described in this manual.
17. Never perform a job at your own discretion.

shown below.

operator.
