3. Improved safety functions
As the trolley is locked via Trolley Up, there is no possibility of collision
with head or nozzle by malfunction. The trolley is designed not to move
during the operation of the equipment. The feeder base does not fall down
even for abnormal disconnection of air pressure.
4. Reasonable trolley price
As the trolley locking/unlocking actuator (cylinder) is imbedded inside the
equipment, the trolley consists of simple parts such as height controller,
guiding part and feeder base. Therefore, the price and weight of the trolley
become more reasonable than those of other vendor equipments.
