Used to adjust height of trolley feeder base in accordance
with PCB height.

Connector
Supplies power (24V) to the vibration stick feeder.

Feeder Base
The feeder is mounted on the feeder base. The feeder base
is on the trolley arm.

Interface Board
The controller that manages power supply and
communication between the machine and the feeder.

Feeder Base Bracket
Connects the feeder base with the arm. This part affects
accuracy feeder base location

Arm
Holds and connects the feeder base to the frame

In-position sensor dog
The dog mounted on the in-position sensor

Front/Rear Caster
Wheels for trolley movement. Turns 360 degree.

Reel Waste Basket
Collects the returned reels

between the interface board and the machine.

Guide Roller
Combined with the guide rail to provide forward/reverse
