Introduction
Offline Feeder Setup program is designed to correctly place feeders
and parts on the trolley within as short time as specified in PRG job
program and to minimize the feeder replacement time by performing
the feeding test offline.
It compares PRG job program prepared by (Offline) Program Editor
and the parameters in the tray feeder, adjusts the parameters, and
stores the adjusted ones in the job program and the feeder.
Plus, it prevents wrong components from being inserted, and
updates parameters and barcode labels if required, using the
barcode system.
