Maintenance of the Z-axis LM Guide should be done as follows:
1. Turn off the power and air of the machine.
2. Manually move the Tray Hanger-L, R upward with both hands.
3. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide using a clean cloth.
4. Manually move the Tray Hanger-L, R downward with both hands.
5. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide using a clean cloth.
6. Fill grease through the grease inlet of the two LM Guide Blocks.
7. Wipe the grease flowing out from the LM Guide Block.
8. Manually move the Tray Hanger-L, R upward with both hands.
Checking surface treatment on the exposed parts
Check the corrosive parts of the machine as follows:
1. Power off the machine.
2. Check rust on the parts directly exposed to the air.
3. If rust is found, remove it with a rust remover and wipe the
surface using a dry cloth.
4. If parts that are not treated by paint, coating, or anti-
corrosive coating are stained with foreign materials or water, wipe
the surface with a dry cloth.
