CIS 5 : Operation & Parameters Check
 Operation check
 Home Check
- Turn the Run Switch of the machine on and off 3 to 5 times and
ensure that Home Check has been done properly.
 Fan operation
- Check the operation of fans for gantry
cooling and system internal cooling.
- Check contamination of the fan filter. 
Floating sensor sensitivity and operation
-Check the sensitivity and operation of the floating sensor.
 Coordinate check
 Conveyor Mark
check
- Check mark teaching of the conveyor and ensure that vision is
recognized normally.
- Check rectangularity between conveyor mark points.
 Reference mark point check
- Perform position teaching for the reference mark point and ensure
that the value has been entered accurately.
- Check rectangularity of the machine gantry.
 PWB position check
- Ensure that no twist is caused by motion of the machine
(compare with the entered value)  ANC position check
- Ensure that no twist is caused by motion of the machine
(compare with the entered value)  System Position Value check
- Do position teaching for each coordinate value and check the
position.
