In the program that does not use the file register, device initial value or device
comment file, the overhead time of the program can be shortened by selecting "Not
used" in the file usability setting.

The Basic model QCPU does not support the file usability setting.
The Universal model QCPU can set the local device only. When using the file usablility setting
with the Universal model QCPU, check the versions of the CPU module and GX developer.
