11. Measurement-related switches
The following switches are related to measurement.
• Start switch
Starts measurement or a part program.
Pressing this switch while a step is executed allows the next step to be executed.
• Stop switch
Interrupts measurement, execution of a part program, and movement.
Pressing the start switch allows for re-execution.
• Return switch
Moves the stylus back to the measurement start position.
• When origin setup is not completed, the start switch and return switch do not
function.
• Pressing the return switch moves the stylus to 0 mm of the X-axis until the analysis
software is started and measurement is performed once.
12. Traverse scale
Indicates the stylus travel amount in the X-axis direction.
