Installing the StakMax Microplate Handler Stand
There are two options for attaching the StakMax microplate handler to
the baseplate: side-by-side and front installation. Make sure you follow
the correct procedure for the installation method you choose.
• The side-by-side installation transfers the plates to the plate
drawer in landscape orientation. See To perform a side-by-side
installation on page 31.
• The front installation transfers the plates to the plate drawer in
portrait orientation. See To perform a front installation on
page 34.
To perform a side-by-side installation
1. Position the StakMax microplate handler stand to the right of the
microplate reader and slide the slots on the instrument stand
onto the screws at the edge of the baseplate. See Figure 2-18.
