My station’s faucets do not
work
Facility water turned “OFF”
Turn “ON” facility water supply
Mixing valve (pressure/temp
control turned “OFF”
Turn mixing valve “ON”. This is the handle nearest
the faucet.
Check Y Strainers for debris.
Check for kinked supply lines.
Check backflow prevention devices (REF 8.2.5)
Units equipped with a
proximity sensor or foot
pedal option utilize an
electric solenoid to turn the
water ON.
1. Water timer must be set to a desired
interval in minutes.
2. The mixing valve must be opened.
3. Proximity and/or footpedal must be
powered ON.
4. Press the foot pedal or activate the
proximity sensor to open the water valve.
5. Flow will then be turned off when the
water timer lapses/foot pedal is pressed/
or the proximity sensor is deactivated.
My foot pedal will not cause
water to dispense

Disconnected from Air switch
1. The air switch is accessible in the electrical
panel at the bottom. Access the air hose
connection and locking ring from the rear
of the unit or by removing the upper
skirting and reaching under and behind
the electrical panel.
2. Remove the locking ring on the back and
pull the switch inside the electrical
cabinet.
3. Test the continuity of the switch, check for
air leaks, and check that the hose is
connected and fully seated. Use the pedal
to test the opening and closing of the
