TherearetwosetsofClipsensorsandbotharelocatedjustafterasetoffoldrollers.
Theyactasmachinecutoutsincasesofmalfunctionwithinthefoldingcycle.
1.Thesensorheadcanbechangedasfollows.-
2.Unscrewthesocsetdogpointscrewfromthehousingtoallowtheposttorotate.
Clip1&2SensorAssembly:-
3.Unscrewthesocsetscrewfromthepostthatretainsthelegofthesensor.
4.Rotatethepostthrough180degreestogainaccesstotheotherlegandunscrewthis
screw.
5.Replacethesensorwithanewunitandretightenthelegscrews.
Note.-
Allsensorscanbetestedforoperationwithoutremovingthecoversby
initiatingthe‘SensorTest’viatheToolsMenu!
