Thefoldingunithas3mainfoldingrollersthatcanbeeasilyremovedforreplacement,the
procedureforremovingtherollersisasfollows:-
Rollerscannotberemovedwithoutremovingthefoldknives.
1.Removerearcoverassemblyandtopguard.
2.Removethegapsetassemblyfromtheoperatorssideofthemachinebyremoving
the3buttonheadscrews.
1Remove3offscrewsontheaccesshousing.
2.Removethecollarfromtheshaftonthelaysideofthemachine.
3.Therollerassemblycannowbewithdrawnfromtheoperatorsideofthemachine.
4.Toremovethewormfromtherollerassemblyunscrewthegrubscrew.
Toreplaceisthereverseprocedure,notethedogpointonthelargepointofthecammust
alignwiththegrubscrewonthespringcollar.
RemoveThe3rdFoldRollerAssemblyasfollows:-
