Ensuretheeccentricidlersarerotatedtogivelittleornotensiontothedelivery
rollerdrivebelts.
Raisethedeliveryuntilitisfullyup(ensurethegearboxisengagedfirst).
Turnonthe'SystemSwitch'.
Inthe'Tools'menu,activatethe'DeliveryBeltSetup'facility.
TheDeliverybeltwillnowberunning.
Monitorthedeliverybeltforsignsoflateralmovement.Pleasenotethatitcantakemany
revolutionsofthebeltbeforeanynoticeablechange.Alwaysrunthebeltforapproximately20
revolutionsbetweenadjustments.
Thebelttensionisadjustedbyusingan4mmAllenkeyoneachoftheadjusterscrewsatthe
endofthedelivery.Turningtheadjusterscrewclockwisewilltightenthebelttension.
Ifthebeltstartstorunofftooneside,itwillbenecessarytoadjustthebelttensionusingthe
followingrules;
Thebeltwillalwaystracktotheloosestside.
IftheBeltisalreadytightonbothsides,youshouldloosenthesideyouwishtotrackthe
Beltto.
IftheBelttensionfeelsOKonbothsides,itisacceptabletotightenthesidetowhichthe
belthastraversedalittle.
OncetheDeliveryBelthasstabilised,youwillneedtore-tensionthe'DeliveryRoller'drive
beltsandsecuretheeccentricadjusters(SeeFIG.16.1.4),checkforexcessmovementon
therollerslidesbeforerefittingtheUpperEndPanel.
Thedeliveryrollerisresponsiblefortheshinglingoftheprocessedsheets.Itispositionedin
accordancewiththelengthofthesheetbeingprocessedandthetypeoffoldbeingperformed.
Therearetwoareastoset-upforthisrollertoperformcorrectly.
