Displays the name of the external server
that performed authentication.

[External Server].
[E-mail
Address]
Specify the e-mail address of the new
user.
Range: Up to 320 characters
Default: [Blank]
[Password] Specify the password of the new user.
[Account Track
Number]
Specify the account that the user belongs
to.
Range: 1 to 999
Default: [Blank]
