Operation
Delete the ‘+’ only from an incoming SIP INVITE using E.164 numbering scheme:

When a ‘+’ is presented as the international access code in a SIP INVITE for in-
coming calls then delete the ‘+’ only.
Example Output:

Delete and replace the ‘+’ and matched country code from an incoming SIP INVITE
using E.164 numbering scheme:
