2. From the Select Network drop-down list, select a WAN interface, DMZ interface (if enabled),
or VLAN.
3. Click the Start button to start capturing the traffic flow. The following text displays in the
pop-up window: Packet tracing started. Click “stop” when done.
4. When you want to stop capturing the traffic flow, click the Stop button. The following text
displays in the pop-up window: Packet tracing stopped. Click “download” to view captured
logs.
5. Click the Download button. Select a location to save the captured traffic flow. (The default
file name is pkt.CAP.) The file is downloaded to the location that you specify.
6. Send the file to NETGEAR technical support for analysis.
