Alarm indications
In the event of an alarm, the background lighting in the
!
display and status lamp light red continually.
An alarm log is created with each alarm containing a !
number of temperatures, times and the status of out-
puts. The four most recent alarms are saved on menu
9.5.0 - 9.8.0.
Acknowledge alarm
Select ”On” in menu 9.10, or switch the power off and
then on to FIGHTER 1250 with switch (8).
If the alarm blocks hot water heating and it cannot be
acknowledged, you can gain access by selecting ”Winter
mode temp.”.
This is most easily carried out by holding the operating
mode button in for 7 seconds.

Description May be due to
1 HP alarm The high pressure pressostat in Fighter 1250 has
tripped.
- No or low fl ow in the heating medium system.
- Closed valves to the radiators or under fl oor hea-
ting.
2 LP alarm The low pressure pressostat in Fighter 1250 has trip-
ped.
- Low fl ow in the brine system due to poor venting.
- Defective brine pump.
- Ice in evaporator due to low concentration of anti-
freeze.
- Leakage in the brine system.
4 TL alarm The temperature limiter in Fighter 1250 has tripped. - No fl ow through the immersion heater.

Automatic reset can be selected in menu 5.11.9
- Low fl ow in the brine system.
7 High VBF1 The alarm deploys when the fl ow sensor shows 90
ºC.
- No or low fl ow in the heating medium system.
10 High VVM The alarm deploys when jacket sensor in the hot
water heater shows 90 ºC.
11 High hot-
gas
The alarm deploys when the hot gas sensor shows
135 ºC.
3 alarms /4 hours permitted with automatic reset.
