î Intercom Call
Description:
Intercom Call allows extension-to-extension conversation. The system can be
programmed for one of two Intercom Signalling modes: ringing or voice announce. When
voice announce is programmed, an Intercom call signals the called extension with a beep (not
ringing). After the beep sounds, the caller can make a voice announcement over the speaker of
the called extension.
Regardless of the signalling mode programmed, an extension user can change it on a per
call basis. For example, a ringing Intercom call cab be changed to a voice announced call by
dialling a code.
