Trunk Outgoing Call

Specified Trunk Access

Access specific trunk lines for outgoing calls by pressing a line key or dialing a number.

Last Number Dialling (LND)

Redial the last dialled number on an outgoing trunk call.

One-Touch Dialling

Store and dial frequently called numbers with a single key press.

Toll Restriction

Walking Toll Restriction

Temporarily override programmed dialling security codes to bypass restrictions.

Dial Block

Camp-On (Trunk Queuing)

Automatic Off-Hook Truck Access

Incoming Trunk Access

Night Service (Manual;Auto)

Call Forward

Call Forward Immediate

Reroute all incoming calls immediately to a different extension.

Call Forward when Busy

Reroute incoming calls only when the extension is busy.

Follow Me

Follow Me Immediate

Reroute calls to another extension when the primary is busy.

Executive DND

DISA (Extension Access)

Hold

System Hold

Place an outside call on hold to be picked up by any extension.

Exclusive Hold

Place an outside call on hold for pickup only by the originating extension.

Transfer

Unannounced Transfer

Transfer a call directly to another extension without prior notification.

Announced Transfer

Notify the receiving extension before transferring the call.

Conference

Add-On Conference

Establish an outside call and add up to five other inside parties.
