9 Orient the intumescent panel horizontally over the top of the skirt assembly aligning the
holes, and attach it to the skirt assembly using the M3 × 14 mm screws as shown in Figure
122.
Note — Torque the intumescent panel screws to 4.3 in. to 6.3 in. per lbs
after placing it on top the skirt assembly.
