Installation of the steam cylinder follows the reverse sequence. Observe
the following:
–
Before installing the steam cylinder in the unit, check the O-ring of the
cylinder receptacle for damage and replace if necessary.
– Moisten the O-ring of the cylinder receptacle with water (do not use
grease or oil), then insert steam cylinder into the socket and push it
down to the stop.
– Attach the electrode plugs and the level sensor plug to the respective
electrode and sensor connections in accordance with colour code (see
table below).

– Fasten steam hose on the connector of the steam cylinder with hose
clamps.
CAUTION!
– A leaky steam hose can cause damage due to moisture inside the
unit.
– The outlet connector of the steam cylinder is made of plastic. Do
not overtighten the hose clamp on the steam connector of the
steam cylinder.
