3.8.3 Replacement process of the microprocessor board
Tools
1 hex head key 2.5 mm
1 tube key 5.5 mm
Remove the left upper panel (see above procedure 3.1.3
The CPU is mounted in mezzanine on the CL1
board
The new CPU must be preloaded with the NDI
process version
3.8.4 Replacement of the power supply of UC board or step by step motor
Remove the left upper panel (see above procedure 3.1.3
Tools
1 hex head key 2.5 mm
1 iron soldering and
welding
De-soldering power supply wires and the power
supply output
Put the new power supply and check the 5V on
the CPU terminal. For stepper motor board , it is
better to adjust the voltage at 5.2 V
