priority results in an ILLEGAL COMMAND or PRIVILEGED COMMAND

Prompts
Some commands have several options or subtasks. These commands return a
prompt with the command name. This task prompt allows direct entry and
repetition of any of the command's subtasks. If another subtask is to be
performed, only the subtask name is required. The entire command name
does not have to be repeated. To leave the command task, use the CTRL/Z,
escape sequence.
For example, to read data from a specific TEC/DSI port, and write to the port,
enter the following at the maintenance terminal:
>TECMAINT EXAMINE 1 xxxx (cr)
where: s - TEC/DSI to examine (1 or 2)
xxxx - address to examine in HEX (0000-FFFF).
The system displays the port contents and returns a command prompt:
TECMAINT>IOREAD 1 xx (cr) (read port xx)
System displays the port contents. To leave the TECMAINT command task,
press CRTL/Z (press and hold the CONTROL key and press the Z key).
