Yakitori (Serves 6)
Directions:
1. Combine rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic,
and soy sauce into a saucepan. Bring up to a boil
until thickened.
2. In a separate bowl, place in chicken and pour marinade
over it.
3. Chill for 2-3 hours.
4. Place marinated chicken onto skewers. Place into the
basket of the fryer.
5. Set the fryer to 400°F.
6. Cook for 10 minutes and baste with marinade halfway
through cooking.
7. Serve with your choice of rice or sauce.
Ingredients:
⅓C rice wine
½C sugar
2T ginger, minced
2t garlic, minced
⅓C soy sauce
2 lbs chicken, cut into strips
