Use devices in the patient environment which are in conformity with the
IEC 60601-1 standard. If you use a multiple socket extension cord or a
device which do not comply with the IEC 60601-1 standard, use an
isolation transformer
Instrutions to us a ME system
The Mesotest II and a connected computer are a medical electrical system
(ME system) according to DIN EN 60601-1. If you want to connect further
devices, for example a printer, these devices will be part of the ME system.
Make sure that all devices of the ME system are in accordance with
IEC 60601-1 or IEC 60950-1.
