Connecting a Bluetooth
®
device [Bluetooth]
This function is compatible with
Bluetooth
®
and allows you to connect
the voice recorder to a device that is
compatible with the same standard.
See “Before using the Bluetooth
®
function” (☞ P.135) for details.
Selecting the recording media
[Memory Select]
If a microSD card is inserted into the voice
recorder, you can select whether to use
the internal memory or the microSD card
(☞ P. 22).
[Internal memory]:
Uses on the internal memory on the
voice recorder.
[microSD card]:
Uses on the microSD card.
Setting power save mode
[Power Save]
The voice recorder automatically enters
power save mode if the voice recorder is
stopped for a set amount of time after it is
turned on. Pressing any button releases
power save mode.
[5 min.], [10 min.], [30 min.], [1 hr.]:
Select the desired amount of time.
[Off]:
Disables power save mode. Note
that leaving the voice recorder on will
quickly deplete the batteries.
Choosing the type of battery in
use [Battery]
Set the battery type to match the batteries
you are using.
[Ni-MH]:
Select this setting when using Ni-MH
rechargeable BR404 batteries.
[Alkaline]:
Select this setting when using alkaline
dry-cell batteries.
