If nothing appears on the Omron Valve Positioners display and the ERROR terminal is H, it could be due to a power supply error. Ensure the correct power supply voltage is supplied. Another cause might be that a RESET signal has been input; in this case, check the connected wiring. A circuit error could also be the reason, requiring you to replace the Cam Positioner. It may also be due to Watchdog timer error.
