3-17-6 TIME-PROPORTIONAL OUTPUT: TPO(685)
Purpose Inputs the duty ratio or manipulated variable from the specified word, converts
the duty ratio to a time-proportional output based on the specified parameters,
and outputs the result from the specified output.
