Overload Detection
The Inverter’s output current
exceeded L6-02 for longer than
the time set in L6-03 and
L6-01 = 1 or 2.
Motor was overloaded
• Ensure that the values in
L6-02 and L6-03 are appro-
priate
• Check the application/
machine status to eliminate
the fault.

Loss of Load Detection
Inverter’s output current was
below L6-02 for longer then the
time set in L6-03 and L6-01=5 or
6.
Motor lost its load
• Make sure that the settings
in L6-02 and L6-03 appro-
priate
• Check the application/
machine status to eliminate
the alarm.

External Fault Input from Com-
munication Option Card (Alarm
only)
(F6-03=3)
An external fault condition was
present, input from a communica-
tion option card while F6-03 is
set to Alarm only.
• Check for an external fault
condition.
• Verify the parameter set-
tings.
• Verify communication sig-
nals.

External fault at terminal S3
(Alarm only)
An external fault was input from
a multi-function digital input
(H1-01 to H1-05) that is pro-
grammed for external fault func-
tion that gives an alarm only and
continues to run the motor.
Remove the cause of the
external fault.

PI Feedback Lost
This alarm occurs when PI feed-
back loss detection is pro-
grammed to alarm (b5-12=1) and
the PI feedback fell below the PI
Feedback Loss Detection Level
(b5-13) for the PI Feedback Loss
Detection (b5-14).
PI feedback source (e.g. trans-
ducer, sensor, building automa-
tion signal) is not installed
correctly or is not working.
• Check the PI feedback sig-
nal source for correct opera-
tion.
• Check the wiring of the PI
feedback signal.
