AUXILIARY FUNCTIONS
Preventing Mutual Interference between Sensors
Sensor Heads can be installed adjacent to each other if the mutual interference preven-
tion function is used. Mutual interference can be prevented for up to 5 Amplifier Units.
Set the same number of samples to average for all Amplifier Units.
Setting Number of Samples to Average, p. 80
Response time is longer when the mutual interference prevention function is used.
Response time = (15 ms + response time based on set number of samples to aver-
age)
× number of Amplifier Units
If the calculation function is also used, the response time will be longer again by
approximately 15 ms.
Response times for external input signals also become longer by the same amount.
