Safety lock on BLACK OUT LIGHTS switch must be pressed and
held before BLACK OUT LIGHTS switch can be operated.

Safety lock on BLACK OUT LIGHTS switch locks switch in both
on and off positions.
c. Push safety switch (2) down and hold while pushing BLACK OUT LIGHTS
switch (3) up (off position).
