GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This module acts on the output channel of the connector. The beam entering the input port can either exit
through channel 1 unaffected, or be entirely steered towards channel 2. Switching between two channels
typically occurs in less than 0.5 second.
Each channel is also fitted with an electro-mechanical shutter.
OPERATION
This module gives access to two functions:
- The mirror,
- The shutters present on each of the output channels
The galvanometric mirror accepts two positions:
- On its “High” position the beam is sent as such through the output port of channel 1,
- On its Low” position the beam is steered towards channel 2
To activate the mirror using the Input/Output connector, send a digital signal (0V for “Low”, +5V for “High”)
on pin number 24.
