DSS/72 Console - Key Arrangement
Description
The keys on the DSS/72 Console (VB-44320) are arranged differently
from the VB-43320 model. The DSS console has 6 columns x 12 rows of
keys (not 8 columns x 9 rows as in the previous version). This affects the
following:
•
Name and Message Assignments (FF6 addresses).
The alphabetical
arrangement of the keys is different.
•
FF-Keys.
The FF-keys on the DSS/72 console are numbered left-to-
right, bottom row first.
•
DSS #1 Defaults.
The default extension number assignments on DSS #1
are different.
The DSS key arrangement is shown in Figures A-7 & A-8.
