6.3. Rating plate specifications
The specifications on the rating plate indicate the technical data and approvals applicable to the respective
control head. The symbols on the rating plate (example) mean:

Number of solenoid valves (“MV”):
MV0 = no solenoid valve,
MV1 = 1 solenoid valve, single-action,
MV2 = 2 solenoid valves, not double-acting,
MV3 = 3 solenoid valves,
MVD = 2 solenoid valves, double-acting)
Pressure range
Line 3 any specifications, if applicable, according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC (gas) / ambient tem-
perature (Tamb)
Line 4 any specifications, if applicable, according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC (dust) / degree of pro-
tection specification (IP)
Line 5 Additional ID number / serial number S/N
