8 Maintenance / replacement
8.1 Maintenance intervals and responsibilities
The detector maintenance operations are described in the Maintenance instructions
for the detector.
The manual specifies:
– maintenance intervals
– maintenance instructions
– shutting the product down
– tools and spare parts.
The maintenance manual is available on www.pfeiffer-vacuum.com and on the CDRom
of the detector's operating manual.
