DANGER!
Danger to life from unauthorised restarting!
When working with the G 4 X, there is a risk of the
power supply being switched on without authorization.
There is a risk to life for the people in the danger area.
Therefore:
Se
cure the machine against switching on by
removing the connection cable.
Switch off all power supplies before starting any work
and secure against restarting.
1. Loosen locking lever (1).
NOTE!
Ensure that the locking lever engages at the mixing
tube (2).

2. Loosen the collar nuts (3).
3. Remove rotor and stator (4).
4. Insert new rotor and stator and tighten collar nuts (3).
When changing the pump, make sure that:
The pump is clamped in such a way that it does not twist
NOTE!
Assembled pump (rotor in stator) are stored for a few
days only as rotor and stator can get connected
inseparably in case of prolonged storage.
NOTE!
Before assembling the pump (rotor in stator), it is
essential to spray it with assembly spray, otherwise
the breakaway torque required for the pump motor is
too high.
