Pasta bolognese
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
1 sck celery, finely chopped
70g mushrooms, chopped
250g lean minced beef
2 tbsp. tomato paste
400g nned chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp. mixed herbs
1 garlic clove, chopped
90ml red wine
250g penne pasta
270ml water
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 4
1. Put the oil, onion, carrot, celery, mushrooms and meat into the inner pot.
2. Press SAUTÉ/SEAR HIGH TEMP buon, set cooking me for 13 mins and press START. (Do not close the lid)
3. Cook for 8 minutes then add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, garlic, mixed herbs and red wine.
Connue with the program for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the pasta and water. Close lid.
5. Press STEW buon, set cooking me for 30 minutes and press START.
Set the valve to "Seal" posion.

Add water and pasta on top of the sauce ingredients
