1kg potatoes
1 onion, chopped
300g mushrooms
1 carrot grated
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. cumin
salt and pepper to season

1. Add the oil, onion and garlic into the inner pot.
2. Press SAUTE/SEAR HIGH TEMP buon, set cooking me for 10 min and press START (Do not close the lid).

3. Aer 5 minutes add the carrot and connue for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the meat cut into cubes, seasoning and salt.
5. Close the lid. Press STEW buon, set cooking me for 35 minutes and press START.
Aer 15 mintues add potatoes and mushrooms.
Set the valve to "Seal" posion.
