 Follow the instructions in the following sections for changing the parameters in
the C-863.
NOTICE
Improper parameter settings!
The values in the nonvolatile memory are loaded to the volatile memory as default
values when switching on or rebooting the C-863 and take effect immediately.
Improper parameter settings can cause damage to the stage connected.
 Only change parameters after careful consideration.
 Save the current parameter values to the PC before you perform changes in the
nonvolatile memory.
Available parameters
The parameters available for adapting the C-863 to your application depend on the
firmware of your C-863.
 Send the HPA? command to obtain a list of all available parameters with a
short description.
