Inspecting the small end
- Measure the internal diameter of the small end
using an internal micrometer.
N.B.
REPLACE THE CRANKSHAFT IF THE DIAME-
TER OF THE ROD SMALL END EXCEEDS THE
STANDARD DIAMETER OR SHOWS SIGNS OF
WEAR OR OVERHEATING.
