9 3D face photo
If the X-ray unit has a ProFace sensor, you can take a 3D photo of the
patient’s face.
NOTE
If you wish to take an X-ray image and a 3D face photo at the same time,
refer to section "Selecting 3D face photo (X-ray units with ProFace sensor)"
on page 41.
9.1 Before exposure
Attach the support bars and the adjustable head support as described in
section "Attaching patient supports" on page 27.
NOTE
To get a realistic image of the patient's face, do not use the chin cup or the
fastening straps when taking 3D face photos.
Select the patient and the 3D exposure as described in section "Preparing
Planmeca Romexis" on page 31.
