Failure Cause Solution
Printer will not power up. Power cord not plug into outlet or the outlet
is not working.
Ensure power cord is securely connected to the wall and to the
printer. Ensure electrical outlet is working.
Coater bar is not coating
the material tray.
Debris may be interfering with the coater
bar.
Clear all debris from material tray. If problem presist, contact 3D
Systems Technical Support
The imager's temperature
is too high.
Fans are not operating properly Confirm fans are operating properly. If problem presist, contact 3D
Systems Technical Support
The imager has shut
down.
The operating environment temperature Refer to for proper operatingOperating Environment & Workspace
environment.
Network seems slow to
load web pages.
Cables may not be connected properly.
Internet may be having issues.
Check internet performance. Disconnect and reconnect internet
cable.
Reboot the client's computer; the printer or router.
