Failure Cause Solution
Cartridge Interface RFID reader
can not read RFID tag on
cartridge.
Cartridge may not be
properly installed into the
bridge.
Ensure cartridge is installed correctly and reboot the printer. If problem
presist, contact your authorized 3D Systems Reseller representative.
Material is not adhering to the
platform.
Cured solids may be on the
image plane.
Clean and remove cured solids from the image plane.
Material is not adhering to the
print pad.
Image plane may have debris
on it.
Verify that the Image Plane is clean and is functioning properly. Confirm
UV output is sufficient.
Streaks in coating. Scraper/coater bar may have
debris on the coating surface.
Pause and run the diag routine for scrape/coat. If streaks persist, pause, lift
shuttle plate and wipe blade clean to remove debris on coating surface.
