Using your Mailbox10.2
Your Mailing System includes an e-mailbox that allows you to receive messages directly
from your system or from our Customer Service Centre via the E-Services Server.
If the envelope icon ( ) appears on the right side of your Home Screen, as shown
below, this means that your Mailbox contains unread messages.
How to Read Messages
To read messages as a User:
1. Log in as a User, then
Select or on display, or
Press and type 8
Or
Select the path: Mailbox
The Mailbox Screen appears.
2. Select the message to read and press [OK] .
3. Select Open to read the message.
How to Read Messages
To read messages in Supervisor Mode:
1. Log in as the Supervisor (See How to Log in as the Supervisor on page 114 ), then
Press and type 1
Or
Select the path: Mailbox
The Mailbox Screen appears.
2. Select the message and press [OK] .
3. Select Open to read the message.
