How to Display Hardware Data
To display Hardware Data:
1. Log in as the Supervisor (See How to Log in as the Supervisor on page 114 ), then
Press and type 7.1.2
Or
Select the path: Maintenance System Info Hardware Information
2. Your system’s Hardware Data appears on the screen.
How to Display the Events Lists
To display the Event Lists:
1. Log in as the Supervisor (See How to Log in as the Supervisor on page 114 ), then
Press and type 7.1.3
Or
Select the path: Maintenance System Info Event List
2. Select the Base Events List (or type 1 ) or the Meter Events List (or type 2 ) or
the Server connection History (or type 3 )
3. Press [OK] to validate your selection.
4. The system displays the selected list in a table that includes:
- The Code of the event.
- The Date the event occurred.
- The Cycles Count when the event occurred.
- The Description.
- The Category.
5. Note the Code and contact the Neopost Customer Service Centre or your authorized
Neopost Dealer.
