How to Delete Messages
To delete messages as a User:
1. Log in as a User, then
Press and type 8
Or
Select the path: Mailbox
The Mailbox Screen appears.
2. Select the message to be deleted and press [OK] .
3. Select Delete Message to erase the message.
How to Delete Messages
To delete messages in Supervisor Mode:
1. Log in as the Supervisor (see How to Log in as the Supervisor on page 114 ), then
Press and type 1
Or
Select the path: Mailbox
The Mailbox Screen appears.
2. Select a message to be deleted and press [OK] .
3. Select Delete Message to erase the message.
