6.11 Filling the machine
DANGER!
Risk of tilting and rolling
During
filling, the unsecured machine may tilt or roll and cause severe personal injury and property
damage.
u
Only fill the machine on even and firm ground.
u
Make sure that the machine is coupled to the tractor prior to filling.
u
Ensure that the parking brake is engaged.
DANGER!
Danger due to inadmissible overall weight
Exceeding
the overall weight can lead to breakage during operation and negatively affects the
operational and road safety of the vehicle (machine and tractor).
Serious personal injury is possible as well as material and environmental damage.
u
Always observe the information in chapter 4.3 Technical data.
u
Prior to filling, determine the maximum quantity to be loaded.
u
Observe the admissible overall weight.
Requirements:
The hydraulic system is switched on.
u
Hydraulically open the hopper cover of the machine.
u
Evenly fill the machine. For this purpose, use a front-end loader or a screw conveyor
.
u
Visually check the filling level in the hopper.
u
After filling is completed, close the hopper cover.
The machine is filled.
6.12 Checking the filling level
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to falling from the platform
The
platform has a height of more than 1.50 m above ground. There is a risk of falling on the side
of the steps. Severe injury may result.
u
Move with care on the platform.
u
Always keep the platform clean.
u
Check the filling level through the inspection window in the hopper wall.
